Cancellation and Refund
If a client cancels their instructions or requests a refund before executing those instructions, the firm will refund the fee paid by the client for the cancelled or refunded instructions. However, the firm reserves the right to retain a reasonable administrative fee for processing the cancellation or refund request.
The firm will process refund requests within 30 days of receiving the request. The refund will be issued using the client's original payment method.
If the client cancels their instructions or requests a refund after executing those instructions, the firm will not be obligated to refund any fees paid by the client.

Client Responsibilities
1. Accurate and Timely Information
The Client shall provide the firm with accurate and timely information.
2. Cooperation and Accessibility:
The Client shall cooperate with the Firm and make themselves or authorised representatives available for meetings, consultations, and other necessary interactions.
3. Fees and Expenses:
The Client shall promptly pay all fees, costs and expenses incurred by the Firm in connection with the representation.
4. Compliance with Instructions:
The Client shall follow the Firm's instructions and guidelines regarding handling confidential information, document production, and other matters necessary for data protection.
Governing Law and Modifications
1. Governing Law:
The services shall be governed by and construed per the laws of India.
2. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, India.
3. Modifications:
Any modifications or amendments to the Service Agreement shall be in writing and signed by both parties.
Clarity and Legal Protection
1. Plain Language:
The Firm strives to use clear and concise language in all communications and documents to ensure the Client understands legal matters.
2. Confidentiality:
The Firm is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the Client's information and will take reasonable steps to safeguard such information.
3. Legal Protection:
The Firm will use its best efforts to protect the Client's legal rights and interests. However, the Firm does not guarantee or promise specific outcomes or results.
4. Limitation of Liability:
The Firm's liability to the Client shall be limited to the fees paid for the services rendered. The Firm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We act based on client instructions.
Caveat
We take due care to safeguard your data in good faith. However, we cannot guarantee cent per cent data security or confidentiality.
